Securing a veil in your wedding hairstyle for short hair
I sometimes blow dry the hair for my brides when creating wedding hairstyles for short hair, and then add a bit of texture product to really give oomph and a bit of added gorgeousness. If you’re thinking of wearing a veil – no problem This is where a texturising powder such as Osis Dust It really helps.
Just a little dusting of this magic powder before you position the veil will really help it to stay in place. Then you can just put a couple of bobby pins across the comb to secure the veil in place. Nice and easy :)
Tongs and straighteners also have their place when it comes to styling short hair. You can achieve a fabulous beachy wave using either styling tool. If you’re using tongs I would suggest using a 19mm tong, depending on the length of your hair. Especially if your hair likes to be straight – you’ll probably find it best to start off with your hair a little bit curlier than you want it to be. This will give your curls a little bit of time and space to drop. So you actually end up with a curl or wave that is perfect!
Each wedding hairstyle has been created specifically for that individual client. And each hairstyle is as different and individual as each bride.
