Pam has specialised in wedding hair and makeup for over 30 years, while Akua has worked in the wedding industry for over 10 years, specialising in bridal makeup and hair. Alongside her wedding work, Akua has also gained extensive experience creating hair and makeup looks for studio, TV and fashion shoots.
Pam has recently started working in Sussex, and alongside continuing to work in London, she now creates beautiful wedding hair and makeup looks for brides across East Sussex, West Sussex, Kent and Surrey.
Akua is based in Chiswick, London W4, and covers weddings throughout London and the surrounding Home Counties.

Trial run

What’s more, there is no time limit for the trial so you’ll be able to try different ideas for both hair & makeup.
Please note: Curly Girl prices are higher as styling and hair prep take much longer. Please send a photo if you’re not sure what type of hair prep you’re going to need, thank you.

Deposit
*The deposit is payable after the trial run. So you can make sure you’re happy with your wedding hair and bridal makeup service first.

Hair & makeup Deposit

Make sure you’re happy with our wedding hair and bridal makeup service before you pay your deposit.
The wedding hair and makeup trial will give you the opportunity to try our work. So you can make sure you are happy before you book.*
*Please note: This option is only available if the trial run takes place a minimum of 4 months prior to your wedding date.
If your trial takes place less than 4 months before the wedding a deposit of £150 will be payable to hold your wedding date.
A deposit of 30% of the wedding day cost is payable after the trial, once you know you are happy with my work.
Please read the Terms & Conditions and Cancellation & Refund Policy before making your booking payment. Payment of the booking deposit confirms your acceptance of these terms.
Bridal Party

Mother of the Bride & Bridesmaids
We have a great team of assistants who are great at both hair and makeup, and they are on hand to help the bridal party get ready on your big day. Whatever the size of your bridal party.
Mother of the Groom
A very important member of the wedding party! Some MOG’s get ready with the bridal party – please see prices above.
Alternatively, please get in touch for an individual quote for wedding makeup and bridal hair prices on your son’s big day.

Additional bridal hair & makeup Costs
Some brides also ask me to stay on after the wedding to create a more glamorous evening makeup, take out the veil, or change the hairstyle, all of which we’re happy to do.
Additional charges
£295 (up to 2hrs) £395 (up to 4hrs)
Travel and Parking
Parking costs and the London Congestion Charge (if applicable) will be added.
Travel costs £1 per mile for weddings outside M25.
Destination Brides

Akua and Pam are both happy to travel anywhere in the world to help with hair and makeup on your wedding day.

DIY Bridal makeup & hair
Maybe you’re thinking about doing your own hair and makeup but would like a little help.
Akua also offers private makeup and hair styling lessons so you can learn how to do your one hair &/or makeup on your big day.
Private makeup &/or hair styling lessons (3hr) from £250
